  I have never had a fantastic experience at this mcdonald’s, but it’s mcdonald’s so that’s never been a huge deal, but today was completely outrageous. For everyone reading this, please keep in mind I worked at mcdonald’s for a year, around 2 years ago.. so I get it. This is not from an out of touch, never touched fast food service type of perspective. So here we go, first off when we got to the drive thru, my order was specific: one cheeseburger only pickle, a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, and an oreo mcflurry for myself and a hot n spicy mcchicken, and double quarter pounder meal for my boyfriend. As I was ordering the employee repeatedly messed things up on the screen, typing in a happy meal, and then typing in extra fries, a couple other errors, which was okay I get it, that happens just glad I was paying attention to make sure it was corrected. He also repeatedly kept trying to end the order and send us to the window.. mid sentence, eventually I just had to be like “I’m not done ordering yet”. This was irritating but still not the hugest problem. The issue was when we received our food, we were sent forward in the drive thru to wait for it to be made, no biggie I get that the drive thru times need to be quick. Then after waiting the ten minutes, the problem arrives: the put the oreo mcflurry in the already full bag, it is dripping and melting on everything, food is ruined, and suddenly my pants have chocolate on them. My boyfriend instantly pulls around to bring it inside (he works in restaurants, I’ve actually never seen him complain about food service) he brings it in before any more of the ice cream melts on me. He asks for the manager, who groans and ARGUES with him!! He claims “it’s ice cream it’s going to melt” uhh duh! that’s not the problem! why on earth would you put it in the bag to melt all over!! Eventually they remade it, but not without a fuss. This was such an extremely stressful experience for such sub-par and honestly overpriced mcdonald’s (not the workers fault obviously that’s the company) but it’s just not worth going back! And I recommend just driving all the way into medford to anyone craving mcdonald’s!!

  My rewards can get me a Qtr pounder with cheese or Big Mac for 6000 points but can’t get a DELUXE Qtr Pounder with cheese. Called MCD, their reply “some MCD does not have that on their menu”

  The only McDonald's I've ever been to that doesn't offer free refills on coffee. I asked the manager why and she shrugged and pointed to a sign on the wall.

  This review is as compaired to other McDonalds. The food was hot, the service was was polite and helpful, and the atmosphere was clean and in good repair. A quick & easy stop when traveling I 5.
