  I cannot say enough good things about Jimmy Jones in the Safeway Shopping Center in Medford. The customer service here is truly exceptional and unlike anything I have experienced elsewhere. Danica and Gina are the epitome of outstanding customer service. They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about helping people. Eric and Alex are equally amazing, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of. What stands out most is that they treat you like a person, not a number. They listen, they care, and they do their best to make sure you leave happy. If you tell them what you are looking for, they will work hard to help you find exactly what you need. The entire team creates an atmosphere that feels welcoming and almost like family. In today's world, that kind of service is rare and deserves to be recognized. Thank you to Gina, Danica, Eric, Alex, and the entire team for consistently providing such a wonderful experience.

  Came to store at 9:45 and doors were locked they were closed when it say there supposed to be to be open till 10 pm

  The delivery girl is rude, gross & obnoxious. Not sure if she is the same one from the other location, but she needs to be fired.
