- GGGSep 16, 20261.0This was the first time I’ve been to a Jimmy John’s. I am not impressed! I ordered #4 Turkey Tom (giant 16”) — lettuce tomato, onions, pickles, mayo, mustard. The sandwich is tiny for $18, there is almost nothing on it. If I wanted a flat bland sandwich I would have gone to Safeway deli section and paid $10 for the same sandwich. I expected better!!! The employees were rude when I was requesting vegetables to be added onto the sandwich. I have included a picture of the sandwich I received and picture of what the sandwich looks like on their menu. I won’t be returning.

I came in and expressed that I was sun able to crouch to grab my chips, and they helped me without hesitation, even going as far as to bring my sandwich to my table instead of calling me up to the counter without being asked. 10/10, would go back.

When I finally asked about 15-20 minutes later, they had trouble finding my ticket because they hadn't asked my name. They made my 1 sandwich about 5 minutes later. I wish I hadn't tipped. I was in there for nearly a half hour.
