  Slowest doordash order? I went inside to wait for food. And I visibly saw the manager and other staff avoid the door dash order to take all other new incoming orders. Causing an astronomical wait time. They also forgot avocados on one of the sandwiches. Very dissapointing service to ruin a good meal.

  Went to this Jimmy John’s today for lunch. There were two of us, we ordered two sandwiches two chips and two drinks To dine in. After we took the food to the table, we realized we didn’t have any napkins. I went back to the counter and kept trying to get someone’s attention. Finally, a gal saw me and said we’re getting some napkins. I stood there waiting as the g Girl working the drive-through, who wears glasses, went to the back storeroom. She then came back and went to the drive-through with nothing in her hand. The other gal then went back to the storeroom. The girl from the drive-through then came over and asked if she could help me. I stated “I’m waiting for napkins“. She said “you’re gonna have a long wait, we’re out“. Seriously? Is this what constitutes good service?

  Payed $24 for a horrible sandwich that gave me food poisoning, the employees treated me like an inconvenience, and they asked for a tip. They must not need any repeat business.

  Took 25 minutes for my food in the drive. The staff inside were slower than sloths. Freaky fast? More like freaky slow. This place needs a tune up from a district manager or something. Or need new training.
