- GGGSep 20, 20265.0Ordered the #7 Spicy East Coast Italian This sandwich was great! I don’t usually order deli meats (salami, capicolla), but this sandwich was amazing! The double meat made the sandwich worthwhile, and the mild Jimmy peppers added just the right amount of spice. I placed a mobile order for immediate pickup, and then drove 10 minutes to get to Jimmy John’s. My order was ready a few minutes after I arrived.

I opted to just order through the Jimmy John’s app while standing in the lobby, thinking it would make for a smoother experience for them. I told the one employee who wears glasses, and she said “ok”. I then watched another customer place their order with her. 10min later that person got their order, mine hadn’t even been started. So I walked back up to the counter to make sure they have it, and they did… BUT they’d moved it to the end of their ticket line. Cars in drive through were ahead of me that ordered far after me. After I spoke up, they moved it up. Wow. I guess ordering from the app gets last place service? Even though I told them I was doing it while standing in their lobby try and help them out and not have to stand there taking my order? Bummer experience. Over 20min to get my order.
