    Asked for a "coffee" common sense request. I asked for NO PRE-MIX MOCHA, I ordered a Mexican mocha they call it a "molten lava" it has coffee, expresso, extra shot, chocolate syrup or cocoa mix. With a reasonable amount of milk, with paprika and cinnamon grounds/ powder..... Not that hard, whats even more annoying is the fact that I asked a requested NO CORN SYRUP FRANQS ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS! LITERALLY said i didnt want any. This company has failed, 9$ for trash ass drink..... Didnt contain milk, it was 80% franqs artificial flavoring... How do I know? That's because it taste like shit, it burns the back of the neck, it destroys the real cinnamon flavor and coffee flavor, and it changes the color of the drink into a dark poop brown. Coffee with milk and blended ice, STAYS a creamy light brown tan color until it melts. They are trained to create SLOP, not coffee. Shit, you ask for a Mexican mocha and they spend 6 minutes talking to each other trying to figure out what it is? You serious...... This company is a joke. Not sure whats worse, sitting there explaining what I want exactly, fully speaking and then having them say "okey" then getting the complete opposite, or just the fact that this company has to use anything artificial...... In the image is what artificial flavoring looks like. It melts fast and is undrinkable, its been 50 minutes, its disgusting......

    I always order my coffee extra hot .. this one of the few places that actually listens to me, even when they are super busy. Totally recommend it!

    I ordered a drink i said to add barely any ice and they filled it basically all the way and when I asked for a pup cup they gave me a little cup with barley any whipped cream they were mean from the start should’ve had a feeling

    She decided to tip her self $3 on $7 order without my permission. Thats called stealing. Will never go back to this location.
