    Today we visited the Dutch Bros on Doctors Drive, and our experience was extremely upsetting. We felt that we were treated differently from other customers, and after we approached the staff with our concerns,we were refused service. The explanations we were given did not seem consistent with what we observed, and we left feeling that we were treated unfairly and discriminated because of the color of our skin. No one should leave a business feeling humiliated, excluded, or disrespected. We ask that management ensure that every customer is treated fairly, respectfully, and without discrimination. We are formally recording our protest regarding what we believe was discriminatory treatment.

    Well , I have ordered many chais from this location : pretty much pleased. Tonight at 9:30 my drink tasted like warm milk si not pleased.😒

    Good coffee, quick service with a smile. I always order the blended annihilator. It’s not often but when I do, that’s my drink of choice.

    I am unsure if I have personally done something to the staff. However there is a group of girls that are just absolutely rude and snarky. Every time I come to get a drink its not filled all the way, its handed to me in a fast manner and its spilling everywhere. They are rolling their eyes and always in a rush when I am in the middle of my sentence. I have even tried inquiring with the staff there and I guess they just choose who gets good customer service and who doesnt. It genuinely has tainted dutch bros for me and I hope it gets figured out!
