  Just had the worst service I’ve ever had at a Dairy Queen. I pulled up and the window worker didn’t great me, didn’t say anything when she handed me the blizzards. Didn’t offer to flip them upside down. Didn’t say thank you. I get home and they aren’t even mixed. All the candy is right on top. What the hell. As prices have gotten crazy high, the place doesn’t even appreciate you spending money. I’ll just buy better, less expensive ice cream at the store.

  Been happy every time I have come here, I see no basis for all the negative reviews. Also I really appreciate that someone is reading these reviews. That is a major thing that people should appreciate.

  If I could give -negative stars I would I was just treated like a nobody for no reason. As I say there and watch three women one I believe to be the owner making food and ice cream with there hair to there butt!! How gross is this and the heath department allows this I don’t think so that’s a judge violation not just gross flat out secondly as I wait for customers food that’s paid for already they leave me waiting for over 12 mins why because every time drive thru dinged they continued to ignore me and help other ppl I find this location to be rude unfriendly not to heath department standards so who’s knows what other violations they have people work hard for there money and they can spend where ever they choose and they should NOT SPEND IT HERE ! you serve food why the hell do think you can allow yourself and employees to make food with hair to your butt completely down would you allow someone to make your food like that ! Use common sense and don’t act so entitled and no one needs you to be made up to serve dairy queen where your hair up the health department says so duh thanks ppl need to know

  Couldn't leave 1 stars. Absolutely terrible service. The culture of the restaurant comes down from the manager. That tells you all you need to know. Apparently they're limiting the characters on these reviews now. Let me just assure you, whoever reads this, it is better to take the time to drive to Biddle.

  Terrible. The food was hard and tasted like they haven’t changed the oil in MONTHS. They gave me the SMALLEST portion I’ve ever seen in my life. Food was GROSS.
