  Chipotle is not a franchise known for blowing people away. I go here frequently for my post workout meal. Lately I’ve noticed a disturbing trend where the manager and several employees will speak to the male customers in a rude and terse manner. When female customers approach they are greeted with kindness and friendly conversation. The manager is problematic and rude and sets the tone for several of the employees by allowing this discriminatory behavior to continue.

  Food was delicious. Grumpy manager was a hag and irritated I wasn'tsure how to use my bogo coupon, but the sweet older cashier was so kind.

  I put in a mobile order and when I was trying to ask to get the order that I could clearly see was sitting on the counter. The employees rudely ignored me for a good five minutes before I had to be a little bit more rude when asking. The food here is basically like any old chipotle, which is normally pretty good, but the service couldn’t be any worse.

  I don’t even know where to start with this Chipotle… absolutely unacceptable. The lettuce was DISGUSTING 🤢🥬 — brown, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. How are you serving food like that and charging full price?? It completely ruined the entire bowl. One bite and you can tell something is off. This isn’t just “not fresh,” this is straight-up careless. People trust you with their food and you’re handing out ingredients that look and taste spoiled?? Unreal. Do better. This is basic food safety, not something optional. Never coming back after this experience 🚫
