Albertsons, I am begging you to figure out the ribs situation. A number system or a portable payment system so they can take payments outside. I ordered ribs, went inside and paid for them. Was told to shop and come back in 10 minutes. Shopped, went outside...lo an behold all the ribs were sold. It would be 25 minutes. In 90 degree heat and I just purchased groceries. Had to drive home to put groceries away and back to Albertsons
This whole system is always a problem. The cashier w red hair tries her level best to prevent this. She literally gets on the radio and tells the rib cooker what she has just sold. Unfortunately you dont have women outside so the men out there just screw everything up. And btw ive had the same issues w these ribs last summer.
Please Albertsons, you are a billion dollar corporation. Pretend to care about the common folk. And give the cashier w red hair a raise for being your most competent employee.

Prices can be high. Food is high quality though. Sale ads often have one item, yet that item will only be available if you ask staff in the produce department or meat department. This can be very frustrating.

You know how hard it can be to to find something in the grocery store ?!???!
Well at this grocery store it is incredibly hard to find a rude or unhappy employee!!
Just to name a few.
Kyle at checkout ! /very nice and personable!
Serena at floral ! / super sweet and friendly.
And danelle this is not my first interaction with her and for someone that has done costumer service for 8 yrs, every single day you as a company keep her and every single day she chooses to be there is a BLESSING for your company ! Happy Memorial Day !

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am a full shopper for Instacart and I am in and out of stores all day long. I have never been mistreated, blatantly lied to, harassed, accused, belittled, or had to deal with racial slander from an Albertsons employee before!
The whole experience cost me money (I was in shopping working on a batch), time, severe emotional distress. Only shop here if you like being followed by Loss Prevention for looking suspicious because I walked into the store. When I felt the weirdo following me and realized it, he got called out for being so obvious. I told him that I am a Instacart shopper and that I was currently working on a customers order. He continued to follow me. Sent his female store manager out to take pictures of my license plate. When I confronted him and asked what grounds he had for having pics taken, he said there might be weapons in the vehicle. I pointed out that nothing until now was escalated, so he had absolutely no real reason for having pics taken. I demanded the pics get erased. The store manager came over and lied and said the person that took them left already. At this point I feel completely violated. LP told me that I must be a thief because I was able to spot him. Then when I asked him what about the situation gave him the right to have me followed and pics taken outside of the store. He asked me if I spoke English. Clearly a racist remark! Just because I am tan! Then he told me that he doesn't work for Albertsons and therefor doesn't need to follow Albertson's store policies or procedures and that he can make up and any policy he wants. And then said that I was no longer welcome at the location. When asked on what grounds, for shopping? He replied, yep. It was all recorded by the store.
If you like to be mistreated, have racist remarks said to you, stalked and harassed, be accused of being a thief, and like emotional damage with a side of PTSD, then this is the grocery store for you.
I will be reporting this incident to the BBB and with the State of Oregon Department of Justice. And I hope that Corporate sets higher standards for it's employees!
