  Went with someone and went to the pokemon vending machine to check stock and buy but a worker was rushing us to get out at 10:45 when the store closes at 11? As we begin to walk out at 10:50 then he precedes to tell us again to keep it pushing when we are kindly leaving, i then tell him that the store closes at 11 and he tells me to shut up after i stood my ground and told him to take his headphones out on his shift, he is a severely immature worker, i hope he is not a manager because that would be disappointing, i do not have a photo but he is white with a patchy beard, bracelets and glasses, earrings and short hair and on the taller side, I think you should reconsider who you hire and keep your employees in check this is unacceptable.

  Went today at around 10:30pm for the Pokémon vending machine with another person. We were at the machine trying to get cards when at around 10:45, an employee was pestering us about being at the machine 15 minutes before closing. Mind you, the store doesn’t close until 11:00pm. At 10:50, we decided to leave and as we were walking out, the employee was waving us out saying “come on guys let’s go” in a very rude manner. We took offense to this, as this is very unprofessional. We said to the employee that the store doesn’t close until 11 and to take out their AirPod because they’re on shift, and this employee told us to shut up (exact words). This is unacceptable behavior from an employee, and very immature.

  First time trying the order pick-up and I have to say I am very impressed with the staff that handled my large order. I notified them I was on my way and when I got there, I sent them my parking spot, and less than 5 minutes later they came out to my car with my order. Safeway has always been my go-to store because the fruit and vegetables are far better than the other stores in the area, but now I have another reason to use them for my grocery needs.

  We are long long time safeway shoppers even when new stores come to town. We have grown to a a personal loyalty to many employees. We a greatly disappointed to be told that many of our employees/friends hours have been cut to 20 hours a week and no insurance. Seemingly to make up for corporate losses , but clearly mcmiville store is profitable partly due to these employees. Small actions by a business over a long period of time can lead to significant losses even to a good store like Safeway.

  The girl working at the Starbucks in the Safeway took no less than 20 minutes per drink. It was absolutely crazy we almost left without our drinks. But nice spot
