  Apparently they can't be bothered to have their own drivers after 2pm, so it was a nice hour wait for two mediocre sandwiches. Meat wasn't great, bread was awful. Online tracking eventually gave up and I had to call. Freaky, and not fast. Last time I'll bother.

  Twice now, Jimmy John's has incorrectly delivered someone else's to-go order to my work address. I dont know how because the listed delivery address is on the opposite end of town and the streets arent even close to similar and mine is clearly labeled as a small business. I genuinely dont understand. Both times it was for the same person who placed the order and I ended up having to contact them directly at the number attached on the receipt to let them know their food was delivered to me by mistake. The last time they ended up driving across town to pick it up from me themselves. I called the restaurant too and they are refunding the order but I genuinely don't understand how this has happened twice with the same individual, and I feel so bad for the experience they have had.

  This place is an absolute disaster. High prices slow delivery and constantly messed up orders.
