  Twice now, Jimmy John's has incorrectly delivered someone else's to-go order to my work address. I dont know how because the listed delivery address is on the opposite end of town and the streets arent even close to similar and mine is clearly labeled as a small business. I genuinely dont understand. Both times it was for the same person who placed the order and I ended up having to contact them directly at the number attached on the receipt to let them know their food was delivered to me by mistake. The last time they ended up driving across town to pick it up from me themselves. I called the restaurant too and they are refunding the order but I genuinely don't understand how this has happened twice with the same individual, and I feel so bad for the experience they have had.

  This place is an absolute disaster. High prices slow delivery and constantly messed up orders.

  Ordered here in October. Recieved a Cubano with literally no meat. It was bizarre. The other sandwiches in our order weren't correct in one way or another either. Ordered here again yesterday thinking it's been a while might as well try it again. None of the 3 sandwiches we ordered yesterday were correct. Modifications weren't followed, again one sandwich with barely any meat, literally just one slice . Not sure what's going on with this place but after reading the other reviews it seems to be a common problem here to get a meatless sandwich. Inventory has got to notice something isn't right here.

  After 5 years I finally decided to come back to jimmy johns I tried there toasted sandwiches for the first time and it was really good! The service here was amazing everybody on shift at 2:37pm on January 22nd was polite, respectful and kind. I will be coming back here very soon again! Now yes from reviews I've seen before, I do agree there was barely any meat in my #11 country club but the sandwich was still good. There was a guy cleaning tables and windows aswell! Very clean building. Staff was also being polite to other staff!

  My hubby order the combo hardly any meat ! There are better sandwich shops in town . I wanted to leave a pic . Which would have said it all 😂
