It's Dutch Bros, I graded this place down because of the service. There were four people working. One person actually working the window, the other three standing around doing nothing. Twenty five minute, wait on a monday evening for a cup of coffee.

I just stopped at to get a drink, we paid and the girl at the window had a terrible actitud. Said that we didn’t paid for the drink. They give the wrong drink she asked the other coworker. And just said leave in a very rude way. saying that we need to leave and pretend that didn’t understand what we said. We try to pay she only said that we need to leave. Very racist, she was mad when she Super bad service I had treated that way in any DB’s 10/1/26 4:10 pm

Let me just start off by saying DBC is the only place I ever get coffee. Yesterday when I stopped in to get my large hit cup of pick me up I was very disappointed for several reasons. First off there was roughly a 15 min wait after I ordered from the wandering person taking orders. Second when they finally did hand me my large cup of hot glorious banana cookie butter breve it was actually a medium. Third after they remade to the correct size of large it was a latte not a breve. Fourth usually when you’re waiting the barista is nice a friendly and chats with you to see how your day is going or what are you yo today conversation, well there was none of that. Honestly it was the worst experience at DBC I have had to date. They may have been training new people, I don’t know and yes I’ll try if next Friday again in hopes of them being their usual wonderfully delightful self’s again. Yes what they did serve was good it just wasn’t I ordered.
