The music was blaring inside the Hut so loudly the girl couldn't even hear what I was saying I wasn't rude or anything, I simply asked for change from a 5:00 I was totally aware that my drink cost $9.75 and I was paying with the ten-dollar bill in cash she went quiet got me to change but was totally snotty to me after that and refused to acknowledge me despite the fact that I was tipping them and paying $12 for a blended basically Red Bull and ice which you know I think you should treat your customers a little bit better when the drinks are that God damn much. Needless to say as a consumer I go where I wanted and obviously I'm not wanted there, and neither were my tips. UPDATE- no I won't be doing the legwork for you, maybe YOU should forward it to the customer experience team since it affects YOUR business. YOU'VE ALREADY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER DUE TO THE SOUR EXPERIENCE.

I pre-ordered our coffee and when I got there, she told me that the coffee wasn’t ready even though the app said it was, and then she was incredibly rude about it. About a minute later it was ready, she handed it to me and said “here” and didn’t even look at me. Wasn’t a great first experience. I was trying to see what the hype was about. Would not recommend this place.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
