Went thru yesterday with my family and we were left there at the window for more then 5 minutes and when the lady finally opened the window she straight up told us we are not special and yanked my card out of my hand

Update. I went inside this time and used the Arby's app and the manager was very understanding and basically honored the code even though the code processed but it didn't update my order. I don't know what's up with Arby's app but it has little to do with the actual restaurant. The staff are nice and the manager was very helpful.

I haven't been to Arby's in a hot minute and I absolutely do not regret going to this location. The Man behind the counter was the manager I believe? He was so upbeat and friendly! He made my experience feel like I was greated like a queen. The food was great too! Super hot and super fresh.

Ordered the classic roast beef, curry fries, peach cobbler rolls, and a drink. Hit the spot and was delicious. This Arby's is a little run down.
