  MADAS OREGON SUBWAY Slow, they told me they do not provide olives nor green peppers any more the person behind me in line could not get sandwich because they were out of the items they wanted

  Recently, since November 2025, I keep getting rewards/ promotions for this place only for them to be denied when I check out. It’s always “this restaurant is not participating in this promotion.” Well that’s why I haven’t been buying sandwiches here anymore. I can get promos and discounts at other subways? So it’s just this one in Madras.

  Probably one of the worst Subway locations in the entire chain. My family of three and three teenagers went in and waited about 20 minutes. Staff barely acknowledged us, no sense of urgency at all, while we were just sitting there waiting. The restaurant also didn’t look clean, which made the experience worse. We eventually gave up and left before being served. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and not a place I’d recommend returning to.

  Walked in the door and saw a young lady working the takeout window as there a couple of cars in line as I drove up. Waited about five minutes and no other employees can to the front door. I noticed a ring for service button that I pushed and still nobody appeared. By this time there are 5 other people in line behind me. Finally a buzzer goes off for the oven and a young man comes out to remove baked bread and reload the oven with new dough. After that both he and the takeout server came over to take my order, a classic subway. After getting meat and cheese on the sandwich I’m told that they are out of roast beef (this is 11:30 am) and would I like extra ham instead as “we have a lotta ham” I opted for no more meat and selected my veggies along with mustard and mayo. Purchased a root beer by poured it out as it was all carbonation, tried a couple of times to pour down the fizz took Pepsi instead. After starting to eat my sub something didn’t taste right , not sure what it was but out of caution decided to not eat anymore, I’m a a great fan of subway and it is my main go to on trips but in this case the Madras subway was well below company standards
