  If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not one car in the lot whatsoever ever but still sat waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes then got told the wait was going to be longer. I was the only customer.

  Service is awful! Had to go into cook area and asked if could get waited on! 15 minutes past! Hamburger was dry No refills on soda! Go to Carl’s Jr much better price services food! Homeless everywhere, dirty grounds and tables!! Don’t eat here!!! Ingots food poisoning!’

  Food was just food. Nothing exceptional, NcD is better. No dine in option. I don't frequent Sonic, so don't know if that's normal or not. Problem was the order taker. Over the speaker, she came across as rude, bored, almost annoyed. Poor experience for my first time ever at Sonic. It was bad enough I complained to corporate, I think I've only done once ever, I give a lot of grace, I worked fast food and food service for several years, so I have empathy for the workers Probably won't go thete again.

  Hot dog was bomb loved the triple smash bugat and the drinks were to die for i had a blue coconut drink that was so good and a large cheese cake milkshake that I couldn't finish it but it was sooooookk good

  I was working in Madras and came from out of town, I had never eaten at a Sonic and was excited. 12 hours later I was extremely sick. I was vomiting uncontrollably and also had cold sweats while not able to get off of the toilet. The food tasted old but I figured it was pretty late at night so maybe that played a part. With not many options in town I even gave them a second chance, the Icecream was fine but the burger was rotten and not edible. I threw it away, I realize that everyone has an off day but now I am certain that the Sonic in Madras, Oregon needs some serious intervention regarding food safety protocols. I would wish that sickness on anyone.
