The food is good.... if you're willing to wait over 20 minutes to get it. The attitudes of the employees is they don't really care, it's a job and in this economy I understand that.... however when you expect your customers to order their own food on a kiosk they know nothing about, you should at least be willing to assist. I have personally helped multiple people while waiting on an order for doordash because it takes FOREVER, Just to get any employee to assist with anything at all. This Taco Bell needs a new crew of employees that want to work here, not a crew of zombies that could care less about the customers that frequent this establishment. Wouldn't recommend unless you have the patience of a saint.

TLDR Skip the TBell run bro I don’t order out ever. Fast food has become a joke. Missed double-decker taco Supremes though. So I ordered it online. There were about 3 to 4 cars ahead of me, upon pulling up. Consecutively spent 40 minutes in the drive-through. Still had to drive back because they forgot to put the extra charged sour cream on my taco. For once I found the masculine employee ¿sweet?, and the feminine employees appeared to be kind of high strung. Looking at the overflowing order board, I understand why. But a collective 50 minutes for two tacos and a Baja blast is insanity to me. Especially since I had to drive back. I do believe they compensated me with the free drink. Or maybe they didn’t mean to because one of the Femme employees gave me eyes when I drove back for the sour cream. Regardless, support local business, cook at home- and CEOs pay a higher livable wage. You’re paying for effort. Thank you to the staff and I hope whatever is going wrong within your workplace is resolved

I went into the store to purchase a to go bag of food because my truck and trailer were too long for the drive thru. When l ordered my food l requested the maximum amount of fire sauce that was allowed because l use all of them. When l received my food there was no napkins or fire sauce like l requested. When l asked the short young lady behind the counter about my request she said only 2 sauces per taco...... l said the kiosk allowed 15 for my box. She just walked away without addressing the problem. WHEN DID TACO BELL LIMIT HOT SAUCE?????

Did our order on the screen that kept freezing up. Waited twenty minutes for our order and the cashier said the order never went through. So I tried placing a order with her but she said I had to do it on kiosk and wouldnt take my order. A complete joke. Its not the first time I've had problems with this taco bell. Strongly recommend you going somewhere else.

We walked into the lobby at 10:20pm on a Friday to be turned away and pointed to the drive thru. We then waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes to place an order just to be told they will not serve people not in vehicles.
