    I hate having to post this but when we showed up, the lady refused to make our sandwiches if she could not make them within 3 minutes, it was 8:57pm even though the store hours said open until 11pm. She then ran to the door & locked it to be closed at 9 o'clock while customers were trying to enter. Not at all professional & what a loss for the company, 2hrs is a lot of possible lost revenue. She also gave no cause as to the reason for the early closing & there was no shortage of bread or other products, I understand shortages, some times being worn/burned out but close the store before making that decision & don't let customers in to be rude to them in the process, all we wanted was dinner to take home, we didn't even want to dine in, please do better Subway :'(

    We placed an order to be picked up at 9pm and we got there to get the food and the employee had locked the door and ignored us when we tried to get our order that we had paid for already. And he did see us and ignored us. So we did not receive any food. It was so rude and disrespectful he could have at least told us we couldn’t get food for whatever reason it was. The place doesn’t close until 11pm so there was no reason for us to be treated like that. And the open signed were all on.

    We stopped here for a late lunch on our trip through Oregon. When we got here there were 3 other guest in line and only one worker. She was very nice and handed it very professionally despite having several rude and impatient customers (I think her name was Kira). Several online orders came in and by the time we made it through the line we had been here for over an hour and there were 10 people in line behind us. We love subway and the sandwiches were great however having only one person staffed is torture for everyone, there needs to be better staffing especially along the Oregon coast where tourism is high. I felt so bad for the worker she hadn’t been able to eat lunch and it was 3:20pm when we left. Absolutely ridiculous.

    I’m not sure of the employees name but every time the young man that worked tonight is not professional, says they’re out of ingredients on a regular, and will find multiple excuses to why he will not make a DoorDash order. Lost multiple orders/money because they don’t want to make DoorDash orders and then he closes early every time he works. Said tonight they’re having someone come from Portland to the store tomorrow and that’s the reason for closing earlier tonight but this seems to be a reaccuring issue every time he works. Also have witnessed waiting for long times and ignoring when customers are there while he’s in the back. The store really needs some help from management or who they’re hiring that represents their store. Really disappointing.
