I asked at the front if the pharmacist could check and he told me to get in line of 10 people just to wait to see if my refills are ready! This place is ridiculously slow and not customer oriented!

I have tried to two days to speak with a pharmacist, over 10 calls, and not only do they not answer they do not have a voicemail system. I spoke with customer service and they said "well they get busy back there" and failed to assist me.

My wife's favorite flavor of ice cream was out of stock (we can only find it out West), and I asked her if there might be any more in the back. She stopped what she was doing, looked, and found some for me. She didn't have to do that, but she helped me. Made our vacation even better! The lady working the self checkout was also super helpful and pleasant!
