    I have coffee from Starbucks it taste bunt and I start going to Dutch Bros and I have there coffee and I feel in love with it it taste so good and the people are so great they treat theete customs with kind and respect

    The girl who helped us was so sweet! We are visiting from Arkansas and this was a great stop! We’ve gone to several dutch bros throughout oregon and other states and this was probably the best customer service out of any that i’ve visited!! Wish we would’ve got the girls name that helped us at the window because she really was so nice! We got lots of drinks and breakfast sliders and she even threw in a sweet freebie for us!! 10 out of 10 recommend!

    I ordered a sugar-free coffee and banana bread online for pickup. The app said the order would be ready in about 5 minutes. I arrived roughly 10 minutes after placing the order, but it still wasn’t ready. I then had to wait another 10 minutes before anyone helped me. Because I was going to be late for an appointment, I asked for the order to be refunded. The employee with curly hair and several piercings told me that the coffee was ready but the banana bread wasn’t. I asked to cancel just the banana bread, but instead the entire order was canceled. This was especially frustrating because I have Type 1 diabetes and had already taken insulin expecting to have the food I ordered. The employee was also rude throughout the interaction and gave me conflicting information about the status of my order. Overall, a very frustrating experience. If an online order says it will be ready in 5 minutes, I expect it to at least be prepared by the time I arrive 10 minutes later. And if I specifically ask to cancel one item, the entire order should not be canceled without confirming with me first.

    This is the worst Tetro stand I’ve ever been to. They took at least 3040 minutes for me to be in line while on top of me waiting there are two girls outside with tablets just sitting down on the cement ledge. It just feels ridiculous that they’re sitting down when they have a long line of people waiting to get their coffee
