  I mean it's Taco Bell ya know? You really cant expect too much. The only reason the service is getting such a low rating is because its located in a small town without many cheap fast food options so during any rush but especially the dinner rush they simply dont have the staff or the facilities to handle the amount of people coming through, if im honest though not many of them make much of an effort to try and change things or make them any easier. If it werent for the lack of a cash option and better options for customization I'd almost be greatful for the kiosks, as it is though they just make the employees even less willing to do much beyond the bare minimum. One last thing I think needs said is idunno how much i blame the employees, i think its more a small town issue. When they know you dont have any other options if you want the product they're selling then why does it matter if they have terrible customer service? Its not like you can just go to a diferent location down the road a ways. Rant complete.

  The lady taking our order at the drive thru was rude. Our order was missing items, and the chulupa was cold and the shell tasted like it was a day old.

  Terra I'm pretty sure was her name. She was fantastic an after the worst couple days an every where I seem to go more bullshit. So her patience was much needed an so much appreciated. Like whoa!! Girl you rock!

  I would give this place 0 stars. They are absolutely rude. It smells really disgusting in there, the place looks dirty.... The employees all look bitter and unhappy. The only reason I went in there was to help my client who is looking for a job... we definitely chose the wrong place to stop and inquire. 0 stars all the way through

  After 3 times of going to Taco Bell in lebanon Finally , somebody put forth the effort to make the burritos with actual sour cream.
