  Burnt food 40 minutes for just a small meal some little kids threw a vape at us cashier having no money, the cashier was genuinely incompetent and could not count didn’t know where the straws were and gave me 9/10 nuggies a worker not knowing to count money coins 🪙

  Horrible service, waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and had the order wrong when they tried to hand me our food. Finally got the order and it was wrong so we returned it and when we walked inside the staff was cursing at each other, literally the worst McDonalds experience ever so I would suggest to the owner or manager fire incompetent employees 04/12/2026 at 3:30 to 4:00 p.m.

  This McDonald's location is getting worse and worse! The Lebanon store used to be good until it started hiring lazy children that just want to play on the phone and do nothing else, the wait time is insane, and seriously how hard is it to read an order and get it right!
