  Employee had ear buds in talking to someone in a foreign language was talking to this person while I was trying to place my order. He was throwing the knife and meats back into the containers. Rudely pointed at cheeses for us to respond instead of asking. Got our sandwiches out of toaster and looked at us…still talking on the phone…..I ask which he wanted to do first ..he replied both with an angry rude tone. My husband had enough and we left the store…. Will never go to Lake View Oregon store again. Rudest person we have ever dealt with as far as customer service. We’ve never walked out with food half prepared… that is how bad it was….tried to call after we left to talk to a manager…. Mailbox was full .. couldn’t leave a message are talk to anyone. If I could have put 0 stars for service and atmosphere I would have done zero

  Subway was great this evening! I hope the current employees are happy there and will continue their excellent service. My only complaint? When using the app, there is a spot for writing specific instructions for the order (if you choose to) and the employees NEVER see my comments, I have tried on 3 different occasions and each time they didn't read them, although they print on the receipt as well. Otherwise, great place to grab and go!!!
