It's embarrassing that a billion dollar company will not invest in one of the most overpriced Safeways they have in all of Oregon. This Safeway is small, run down and overcrowded. There's no bakery or deli or any modern amenity that most Safeways have. Yes I understand it's old and was built a long time ago but the fact that they have not invested and added on or remodel the store is an embarrassment on the Company itself.
