  Chipotle has really great food, at a super good price. My girl and I just order one honey chicken bowl with 2 side tortillas and that is a very good meal for both of us ...Hands down beat deal considering how expensive it is to eat quality food

  Food often tastes old or just straight up isn't available without 15+ minutes wait. Service is rarely pleasant, there are few people who I know that will be kind and not just monotone and rude. The Atmosphere is gross, it's always gross. Food spills from dine in guests are almost never clean. Poorly managed location

  Third Friday in a row that this location was out of over half of the food options more than two hours before closing time. I’m talking rice, lettuce, beans, fajitas, guac…. I paid full price on my last visit for a bowl with 3 ingredients because they didn’t let anyone know beforehand that they were out of food and I had already waited in line. My wife and I were nervous to even eat it because the store was so filthy. I don’t want that experience again. I can’t imagine the restaurant is actually running out of all of their food every week, so these seem like staff or management issues.

  The portion was 1/3 of the usual size. Called to talk to management but the super duper AI phone operator didn't let me talk to the staff.

  This afternoon, my family and I visited for lunch, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The level of service we received was unacceptable. When there was a simple misunderstanding about what I wanted in my bowl, the employee responded unprofessionally by throwing the lid on the ground and passing my order off to another worker. This behavior was inappropriate and frustrating to witness. I was also trying to order food for my children, but I was rushed down the line before I had the opportunity to do so. This made the process stressful and disorganized. Additionally, both my husband and I ordered double chicken bowls, but the portions we received were noticeably smaller than expected and did not seem to reflect the advertised protein amount. The brown rice was also undercooked and crunchy, further impacting the quality of the meal. While the restaurant and bathroom appeared clean, the poor service and subpar food quality far outweighed that positive. Based on this experience, we will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to others.
