  Ordered the cheeseburger, got what looked like the McDonald's burger they used to offer for a dollar. Spent $15 on this meal. Won't be back. What a sad time when even a PNW icon like Burgerville isn't worth visiting anymore.

  I don't like how the fast food companies throw a bunch of words at you for advertising/ club card deals/ just shut up day hello and are you ready to oder in a clear but not loud and also not soft. Half the time they start before you are even at the mic. Then throw please wait a min at the end of the garbled pitch makes it even harder to understand. Each employee at every fast food restaurant that is authorized to use the mic please go outside and listen to yourself. It takes but a second and would help the fun world go around a little smoother. Please tell your boss i said it was mandatory! All I want to hear is - are you ready and how can I help you. That's it.

  Manager was rude, food was cold and undercooked. Do not go to this Burgerville. They must have trouble staffing this one; it is near an industrial park, and the freeway. Fast horrible food…

  Cold expensive burgers. Didn't even give us what we ordered. Cheese not even melted. Drinks tasted bad. Drive through line so long I couldn't get out of parking lot. Update: You're not sorry. Look at all the bad reviews for the same thing. I have been going to Burgerville my entire life. I won't be returning.

  My milkshake came out fast, therefore great job milkshake guy. As I am zipping on my milkshake my ONE burger no fries nothing else waiting, is sitting there under the heat lamp and as I stand there up front by counter obviously waiting for the order, the blue polo guy which looks like a manager is standing with the cook chatting doing nothing else... then a customer walks up to place an order at the counter, after her order is placed blue polo guy now just playing with the computer. At this point its been long enough time for me to take pics before he even checks the monitor to realize there's an order that has been ready that I am there standing there staring and waiting. The restaurant not even busy.
