  We are visiting from out of town but loved the service and friendliness of Gia to all the patrons! I think my favorite was the marionberry sundae that I hadn’t tried before

  I like the food, but in ordering drive-thru, if I'm ordering more than one meal, they get my order wrong a startling amount of times.

  Slow service and a manager who has 0 customer service skills... the quality of their products have go down as much as the prices increase... is a joke they ask for tips. If you have a complaint expect the manager to escalate the situation making it about herself and be rude instead of fixing a problem and apologizing... wasn't my case, it was what I witnessed happening to a customer in front of me...

  First visit to this franchise, and probably the last. I arrived 5 minutes after opening; only one other customer seated and none ordering. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes and not one person asked to take my order. I noted an electronic ordering device behind me so placed an order myself, took a number and sat down. About 10 (maybe more) minutes later I wondered about my order so walked up and found several orders just sitting there. I got someone's attention and he found my order there. The food wasn't anything special. The Walla Walla onion rings were overdone and too brown. The burger bun was torn but the burger was otherwise just OK. It seemed as if there was neither customer service nor careful food preparation.

  We have gone here several times, but will never return. Several meals have now confirmed that a) food is not freshly cooked to order: our bacon cheeseburgers tasted like old cardboard with the bacon having been cooked hours before and tossed onto a hastily assembled sandwich. The buns were not fresh. Oh, and the fries...We order no salt, but these had been salted and somebody noticed no salt and wiped off what salt they could. The fries were also not cooked at an optimal temperature--they were soggy, ultra greasy. When the meal was delivered--sometime after others had been served who had ordered after our order was placed--it was barely warm. Altogether disgusting and not inconsistent with our prior experiences with this location. In the future, we will go to another Burgerville that is nearby and is 1000% better. Oh, and don't get me going on the stupid background music they have playing that annoyed us as well.
