  Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. I personally ordered the bacon burger with onions, which was really great. Everyone at our table was happy with their meals. The tables themselves were a bit small, though. With three adults and one child, we had to arrange ourselves a little differently to comfortably eat. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd definitely consider eating there again in the future.

  Used to love the strawberry shortcake, today however not at all. Probably never again. They used to make it when you ordered it, now I see they're pre-assembled and placed in a fridge/freezer. The shortcake (biscuit)used to be the key, kinda crunchy - good texture, now its total grainy mush, having soaked for however long in strawberry juice. Yuck, what a bummer. Burgerville is not what it used to be, nothing they offer is worth the high prices anymore.

  The service was great here and I got a fish and chips kids meal was sufficient quantity and the price was very reasonable for comparable quality fish and chips and I also got the non-dairy Coconut Bliss Shake Plus the way Burgerville does it you only have a little bit of paper trash instead of a bunch of plastic

  I visited this evening and the nice young man at the window ran through my whole order to make sure it was taken down correctly. Somehow when I unwrapped my burger, it was the wrong one. When I pulled around and went inside the store to get it fixed, 3 separate employees knew who I was and what the problem was before I even said a word. One even said "oh good! She came back!" Everyone was very apologetic and sweet and they got me the correct order super fast! I never even got the chance to mention that my issue was allergy-based and I didn't need to. The crew is ON TOP OF IT! I really appreciated all of them and felt very well taken care of here 😊

  Hocky puck fish with over crispy fried batter was not what I call Fish and chips. The Rosemary shoestring fries were ok, but got harder as it got cooler. Next time I will go to the Mexican restaurant down the road.
