  got food poisoning after eating here and the service was terrible I tried calling about it and the lady pretty much just acted like I was lying and she didn’t do nothing about it

  First off, every food item was cold. I assumed initially it was because we orders pies and they didn’t have them ready, and so we sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for our pick up. After getting the food literally everything was bad. I got a Big Mac with 4 buns but only 1 patty. Impossible not to notice when you’re wrapping it and it’s the top patty missing. Patty was dark, dry, and clearly old. Asked for no pickles and got pickles. The Mac sauce was a friggin mess and they just threw it together. I still tried to make it work but it was bad and after a couple bites I just tossed it. The chicken nuggets were also completely cold and have a weird texture and flavor, they look old too. So didn’t eat that either because it truly tasted bad. Fries were cold and way over salted. The only thing right about this order was the pies and the sweet and sour sauce. Unless I go here in the morning there is frequently something wrong with our food but unfortunately there’s only 3 fast food choices here so I keep going. My fault, I guess.

  I ordered a dirty dr pepper in this McDonald’s and asked if they would please substitute the regular dr pepper for diet dr pepper and the vanilla syrup for sugar free syrup and they refused to do so with the manager stating it was designed to be enjoyed as is. So apparently they only accommodate to non diabetic and non sugar free consumers having no consideration for their customers restrictions. Very shameful to this McDonald’s. Since these refreshers came out I have never had any McDonald’s deny any substitutions and have always been very kind and patient to my order. Very disappointed in finding this McDonald’s lack of consideration for their customers.

  So the La Pine McDonald's never has fresh food for at least the last year. But this was the absolute definition of their employees don't give a shit. The older lady that took my money and order was great. Very cheery. Great. I get to the window after the next window was chatting with a customer all smiles.. the window opens for me and I get. " Here you go " and the window shut so fast.. because the manager at the time and another employee were so much more into their conversation that they forgot what customer service was all about. The food. Mind you this was 10:45 lunch barely started so nothing should be cold. The food wasn't even room temperature. So crappy. Not even close to warm let along hit. The worst McDonald's experience I've had across 40 states. They don't care about customer service or serving HOT or even warm food. What a absolutely garbage experience. This isn't the first time. But definitely the worst. How do you stay open with service like this. Shut this store down or fire the Managers cause they obviously don't care. The older lady taking their order and money was fantastic it. Make her the Manager. So the response given to every single one star review is a template email.. that they send out to everyone to basic just say. We are not doing anything to correct the problem. No sorry about your experience come back and we will make it right. Literally every single one is an automated email. I'm going to find out if this is a franchise or Corporate and push forward to really hammer them now

  Terrible service! Stood @ the counter for over 6 minutes, not even a "will be right with u" only paying attention to ppl in the drive thru. Spent almost $30 & wouldn't even give 1 dip sauce free! .35 cents each. Wouldn't let me buy 1 happy meal toy! Tables dirty. I'll never go back again.
