Unfortunately one of my kiddos fell asleep on the way there. I wasn't willing to wake him up, and management on shift wasn't willing to make an exception to policy. So I left without food and was instructed to seek a refund through the app. No harm done. My complaint is that the corporation has forwarded my complaints to the franchise owner TWICE to encourage them to reach out to me regarding a refund with no answer.
