    Disappointing. Usually Arby's is pretty even across the board but this one wasn't good. Had to settle for curly fries since crinkle cut were not on the menu. Greasy, not fresh and lots of pieces. Turkey ranch sandwich didn't have bacon. They were out of a lot of items and had to substitute - even on the order before us. At least they had ice for the diet coke. Staff was friendly, doing the best they could with what was available.

    Went there to try the new cheese steak sandwich and the meal was disgusting. The sandwiches had hardly any meat in them and the bread was so tough you couldn't chew it. The fries were like a day old and very hard as well as bits and pieces. I like Arby's but this place was a disappointment.

    I would avoid this one. Front of the house clearly hasn’t been swept for a day, a few tables were absolutely gross despite no one else in the restaurant. The meat in my sandwich was half cold. Like still fridge temp. I tossed it because I don’t want food poisoning. They don’t carry crinkle fries or Arby’s spicy sauce anymore. 2 stars only because the employees were friendly.

    Ordered online to pick up. When I arrived a sign on the door saying closed for staffing issues. All I wanted to asked them was how to get my money refunded. Acted like they didn’t want to answer my question by ignoring me. Then they said go on the app. I’ll probably never see that 15 dollars again. Then she’s looking at me like I’m stupid because I want my refund.
