I am so sad I did not ask his name but this guy went above & beyond & was so polite about it, he deserves a raise. Thank you to that kind young man👏

It was a 1/4 sheet cake personalized for her. I ordered it a week ago and received 2 confirmations of the order. When my granddaughter went to pick it up at 3:00 pm today she was told they didn’t make the cake, even though she showed them the confirmation and offered no explanation or options. What kind of service is this😡 and now you’ve ruined a birthday party!!
