When you try and reach back out to the store or even the online "customer service" chat, they're completely worthless or just don't answer the phone. Every time we give them a chance, it's right back to square one. A bit disappointed. The service used to be better.

However after over an hour still no food, so I called and David answered told me it still hadn't even left. At this point I wanted a refund and was told that pizza hut won't do refunds, only pizza hut credit. In disbelief I said that's BS (just the letters not the actual words) and was hung up on immediately. I find it extremely unlikely that a refund isn't do at this point I've waited over an hour for something that is directly Pizza Huts fault.

Follow up review: finally got the food at 10:15pm. Ordered a combo large pizza and garlic bread. BOTH are dry and not hot. Both looked and tasted like an overnight leftover. Apparently the food has been out of oven and sat there for a long period of time. AVOID THIS LOCATION AS POSSIBLE
