  Ordered in the app for pickup at 11:30. Pulled up to the window at 11:34, immediately spotted my bag on the shelf. I was not greeted until 11:45. It took ten seconds for the staff to hand my bag to me. I expressed my frustration at the disproportionate wait time, and a very courteous staff member contacted the GM, Juan Gonzalez, to see what compensation could be offered. I was informed that the GM considered a complimentary fountain drink to be sufficient. To be clear, it is not. I understand that lunch time is busy, and understaffing is sometimes unavoidable, but pretending like my experience was anything but unacceptable is disrespectful and delusional. The reasonable, and economical response should have been to comp my order immediately upon request. Mr Gonzalez, be better. 😀 7/8 Edit to add: "Response from the owner a day ago This is not how we aim to treat our guests, Nate. We'd like to look into this further. Please share the details at https://www.chipotle.com/contact-us and someone will be in touch with you directly." I submitted the details of my visit to Chipotle customer service immediately after my visit. Still, no response from a real human, and no appropriate resolution was offered. Only then did I choose to post a public review. "This is not how we aim to treat our guests Nate," seems to be false. Chipotle had multiple opportunities to make this right, but chose to hang on to my 14 dollars instead. I've worked in customer service, and would routinely comp travel expenses in the hundreds or thousands of dollars to avoid negative reviews. I can't imagine the revenue of one man's lunch is worth losing a customer and having the reason posted publicly, but to each their own I suppose.

  My first time to Chipotle so didnt know what to order just went for the basics chicken rice and beans with guacamole and sour cream in a bowl to my surprise it was very good, and portion size was for a king always a plus and price point was reasonable. Staff was awesome explained what everything was and was patient.

  The food is good. Prices aren't to bad. They have outdoor seating but then you're watched by the homeless.
