I often use the online ordering so I can use the drive thru and I don’t have to bring my baby inside… thus I don’t watch them make it and don’t know it’s missing until I’m home eating my burrito. Such a bummer to pay $3 for gauc to consistently not get it. DO BETTER!!!! Your food is so good, please stop forgetting my gauc!!!

It kept telling me that I didn't give it enough information to be forwarded to a team member and hung up on me. Not acceptable! Chipotle, you're better than this!

One lady used to hook me (and I guess people in general) up with meat in their burritos or bowls...yeah they fired her...the person who was the reason for the most tips that location ever got and the happiest the customers ever were...yeah CANT have that affecting the profit margins she got the boot.
