  Very rude people work here and most of the time pull you forward and then forget your drinks and are very rude about it. In my opinion they should give their drinks before they send you off. Very poor management also. Won’t be back.

  Haven't had a chicken sandwich in months due to price. GOT THE WATERY SHITS within an hour. Trusting the shredded lettuce??? And the chicken breast fillet was about 20% smaller than I remember. That could be my imagination. Maybe luck of the draw as they are real fillets as opposed to being mechanically separated and reconstituted as patties. Not the crews fault. They seemed to be upbeat and pleasant. Definately all smiles. And the store was decently clean and grease free. Being salt sensitive I have that favor along with drying lips. My personal problem. I did enjoy the flavor and texture. It's far more than I can say for the other fast food puke pits. Arbys has it's own signature flavors that makes it unique. I wish I could have rated this visit more favorably.
