  As a trained, retired chef who owned and operated more than sixteen restaurants, mostly Italian pizza and pasta establishments, I feel qualified to recognize quality when I see it. When I compare Pizza Hut with the other nationwide pizza chains in my area, I can confidently say there is no comparison. Their quality, portion sizes, prices, and, most importantly, their customer service are outstanding. The staff is always polite, professional, and punctual. I have never had any issues redeeming advertised deals or using my rewards. My orders are consistently accurate, and they have never forgotten any of my toppings. On one occasion, they made a mistake with the type of pizza crust I ordered. Without asking any questions or making excuses, they immediately credited my account for my next order. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Thank you, Pizza Hut, for maintaining such a professional team and consistently delivering an excellent customer experience. It is the reason I remain a loyal customer.

  Placed an online order at 9pm, received a text 2 minutes later saying it was canceled because they closed in 30 minutes. Website and Google say they close at 1am. Called the number- they told me it was a call center and there was nothing they could do. So if you want food- I can’t really advise you order from here because they don’t want your business.
