I tried to explain the problem to the woman taking orders. She couldn't fix it and got a manager on the speaker. The only thing the manager could suggest was to pull forward and try again. I was not.going to wait for the 10 cars behind me to go through. The managers dismissive attitude was not the level of.customer service McDonald's advertises.
