  Very friendly gal that helped me. However, was told that I couldn’t get my large Mac and cheese because they were out. On top of that when I walked in to the store on my pickup time, they had to put two more tenders in the oven. No problem, don’t mind waiting. I was offered mashed potatoes as a substitute for the Mac and cheese and had asked if there were any other options. She offered jalepeno bites. She gave me three of them in exchange for what would’ve been the large Mac and cheese. I approved it but realized that maybe I could’ve asked for a few more of them to make that more financially worth it but that was all on me! Her customer service was outstanding and she packed my order extremely well! Even the two bags one having the muffins and the other with the jalepeno bites had a nice fold on top to trap the heat. I thought that was a nice touch as many places you go to, they’ll just shrivel it on top or not do anything at all. I’m flexible but I recognize above and beyond. So the service with her was great. I did have to wait a little over five minutes past my pickup time, which was fine as it was a family order. My issue was that while those two chicken tenders were incredible, the rest of the food was stale, dry and begging to be thrown out. The muffins were flat (still ok but certainly not fresh) and to be fair the seasoned wedges WERE FRESH. The bulk of my order though was a disaster and it’s a shame because I live so close by but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. Couldn’t eat most of it, unfortunately. Might be a good idea for the owner to train and maintain accountability! Constructive criticism all coming out of the spirit of love and what you should know if you order from their hot plates.
