    Drink filled to top. Loose lid. Huge spill in car. Drink was not made right. Went to window. Just tossed us napkins. Hardly cleans up seat etc. i thought would remake drink. Nope. Most of it all over car

    I had the worst experience here this morning. I was in line to order, and young lady came out, and as she was taking my order, traffic started to pull forward, and she started to walk away WHILE I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF GIVING HER MY ORDER!!. After I pull forward, I complete my order, and she read it back to me. She has missed a drink order that I gave her WHILE SHE WAS WALKING AWAY FROM ME WHILE INEAS GIVING HER MY ORDER!! When I pointed out that I had given her that drink order after she had walked away from me, she tried to tell me that I was being rude her that she was not going to serve me. She walks away from me, in the middle of an order, because the car pulled forward, then has the nerve to get upset with me because she didn’t pay attention to a customer while he was ordering! NO!!!! This is unacceptable to be blames for he complete lack of common sense and customer service skills. She needs to learn to actually pay attention to her customer!

    Got a hot mocha and a 911 er and they are both amazing. I bought the 911 for my friend and he says it's the best one out of all the Dutch bros he's had.
