  Took my kids for a frozen treat and was helped by a very professional and friendly cashier gentleman. We ended up upgrading to fries that were suggested on special. My kids were so happy and enjoyed both treats and I enjoyed the affordable specials! They got swirled ice cream cups and our only (non) issue was that there was only a whisper of chocolate that came out on each one. Good experience overall!

  No cause for fries no napkins food was mid condition , oreo brownie CUPFECTION was half full, could use upgrades but this is good enough thank you for mention to one of your coworkers that they read of alcohol

  The worst Dairy Queen location ever and always have a horrible experience. Drive through speaker does not work right always getting my order wrong or can’t hear what you’re saying to them. My most recent order was a strawberry angel food cake blizzard and instead of that they gave me half vanilla and half strawberry blizzard. So upsetting.

  Yesterday I visited this Dairy Queen because it is in my neighborhood and I like to support local businesses, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. I made my best effort to place my order in English, but the employee who helped us was very rude and kept saying he didn’t understand my English. I asked for the number 7 burger (sandwich only) and a small order of cheese curds. When he said he didn’t understand, I pointed directly to the menu and he finally charged me. I waited about 20 minutes for my order. The restaurant was busy, but there was only one person working in the kitchen while several other employees were in the ice cream area and no one was helping prepare food. The employee at the register also spent most of the time turned around and not helping the customers waiting in line. When my order finally came out, I asked for ranch and again he said he didn’t understand me. Instead of trying to help, he simply turned around and walked away. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t seem to be supervising the staff or helping organize the team during such a busy time. Because of the way I was treated, I honestly felt uncomfortable and discriminated against. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service at this location.
