    Placed an online order, picked it up. When I got home and opened it, I had one bite when I quickly realized there was a bug crawling on the food. Never will be back here again. DISGUSTING

    With as many people standing around it's insane how long it takes standing in line! There is no respect for people's time at all. Friday night or not, no one seems to have any urgency or normal pace.

    They were out of chicken, which was fine because it looked like their grill was down. My wife and I both got steak, and it didn't seem warm. Should have known better, because we both got food poisoning later in the day when this was both out first meals of the day. The dining room was an absolute mess, and staff did nothing to clean it despite just standing around behind the counter when we arrived. More than half of the empty tables were dirty, so we had to just pick a spot, clean it ourselves with napkins, then eat. It was busy, not not busy enough for them to not clean off tables and benches
