  Best food- despite the high price, I ordered the french dip and Swiss and as usual it was the best sandwich ever. The workers were really friendly especially DeAngelo and Damien, however the shirtless guy in the parking lot Darryl is not doing his job, he didn't clean my car properly, he left soap on my windshield, and he was obviously drunk, he said he works for Arby's but he didn't have any Arby's apparel, way too expensive, 15.99$ for a carwash? He said if I wanted the combo, which is exterior, interior and engine(whatever that means) it would be a 10$ upcharge. Overall, the experience on the inside of the restaurant is a 5/5 but the outside service was horrible and overpriced

  Went to Arby's in kiezer for lunch was stoked cause has been awhile walked in sat at counter for over 10 minutes never even acknowledged works walked pass wouldn't even make eye contact so ended up leaving an having to miss my lunch not very happy at all was hungry just amazing how bad customer service has gotten an they don't even care absolutely ridiculous people need boycott Arby's an places that don't value there customers

  Went through the drive thru - 2 people, 1 order, #1 half pound large with a lemonade, #3 large with a lemonade. Got regular lemonades and no aujus sauce with the French dip. Don’t know how you give a French dip and no sauce. And no Arby’s sauce in the bag either. Apparently the guy doing the drive thru has his pony tail pulled too tight that it’s taking brain power away. 😑

  Sorry if I spell it wrong......Manager Octavius is amazing. I received the best customer service from this young man tonight. This location had a lot of issues a couple years ago, but they seem to be on track lately. We eat here about twice a month and have been very happy with food and service. Had a bad order a couple of weeks ago, was told to come back when I had time so they could remake it for me. Went in tonight and Octavius was so nice and apologetic. Please make sure he is recognized for his behavior; it is so rare in the fast food business.
