- DDDalJun 19, 20261.0I've heard from many that the Pharmacy staff was rude to customers. Well, from personal experience I can say, yes they are. So I'm going to Caris. To the store manager, don't bother with your pablum response. Fix the problem instead.

I asked if they call someone and they said shes on break sorry but then I watched a manager hell at the employee and said I told you shes on lunch they will have to wait. Its not right to make the customers wait till she is done. All managers and shift leaders need to learn these things.

They have order online and pick up or delivery for groceries and the pharmacy. They offer rewards for each dollar you spend that can be used for food or gas discounts or sometimes free items. The only problem is they usually only have 1 or 2 check outs open and 2 self check out lanes. After about 8pm, only self check out is available. Customer service counter does close early though. There is a UPS store inside the store which you can send packages, but shipping supplies, make photo copies and they have notary services as well. There is also a Starbucks in the store also.
