    I went on Sunday before a event in a different city. The trip took a solid 10 mins after I had already ordered and waited for my drinks. Our friend was behind us in line (this is important for later). The order was simple medium cold brew, oatmilk, sugar free Irish cream. And then a hot caramelizer with almond milk - double cup. I watched them make my drink (cold brew). We paid for a cake pop for our friend behind us. And made a joke about it. The hot drink came out first which was surprising because I saw them make my drink and put it on the counter next to the window. They then handed the hot drink to us and said goodbye. .. and we had to point out we were waiting for the other drink. The girl "oh, okay!" And walked away before we could say anything. Someone grabbed the cold brew and I thought we were gonna get it. Nope. Instead we watch 3 of the barista's talk about "who's drink is this? What was it for?" One of the people were the person who took our order and the girl who did some slight convo with us to confirm our drinks. I want to be clear that I am just doing a play by play of what happened with no undertone. The drink were perfectly fine. Made correct. When our friend met up with us at the location. We were kinda laughing because we wanted to see his expression over getting the cake pop with the joke. They didn't give him the cake pop. It was kinda a waste of money. The money for the cake pop doesn't seem like much. But if you pay for something. It should be given or gotten. I will not go back to this location.

    Sat in out car waiting for them to take our order for 5 minutes while they were laughing and talking completely ignoring us we had to get there attention then they messed up our order
