  took iver 20 minutes to get my order at the drive thru. They were out of straws and then they tried giving me the wrong order and argued with me that it was the correct order.

  We were stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes because they ran out of beef and chicken. We then ordered nacho fries and it took 10 minutes for those to arrive. I love Tacobell. Not this location though.

  Whoever owns this franchise should sell it to someone actually interested in running a FAST FOOD restaurant. This is the slowest and least competent taco bell I've ever been to, and that's saying a lot.

  I've been through the drive thru twice. The first time I waited for 27 minutes to get my order, and couldn't back out because there were cars behind me. And there was only 2 cars ahead of me. The last time I was the first one in line and it only took them 10 minutes to get my food. Only to get back to my room and find out they screwed up on my order. I could see at least 2 adults and 2 teens in the kitchen. And I can't figure out how it's possible to be so slow and then make the mistakes that they made on my meal. I should've learned the first time I went through.
