The last four times we’ve ordered delivery, something has gone wrong: one order arrived a full day late, one was given to someone else, and multiple times we received someone else’s groceries instead of our own. The time our order was given to another customer was especially unbelievable - that person actually tracked me down on Facebook to get our groceries to us. They were more helpful than Safeway’s delivery system. This service costs extra and is supposed to make life easier, but instead it creates stress and inconvenience. At this point, I’m close to giving up on using it altogether.
