  I came to Taco Bell today and the customer service was not pleasant. The issue wasn’t directed at me personally, but I witnessed the way an employee treated another customer, and it was uncomfortable to see. One employee, a tall Hispanic male, spoke disrespectfully to a Hispanic customer. The interaction came across as rude and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with respect regardless of the situation. I hope management addresses this and improves customer service.

  Twice I had to correct them at the register I realize later that I should’ve three times because they forgot my straws and left all of my drinks stranded without straws which freezes you can’t

  Jodie and Jonathan were super professional and I was shocked to be honest. It was the best experience experience at this Taco Bell. Everything was correct and they checked to confirm that I had everything multiple times, including sauces. I’d hire either one as you can tell they are attempting to do a great job even on the layer shift.

  Bad customer service got wrong item from different Taco Bell tried to exchange here and order more food was told to go back to other Taco Bell, so I went to next one and they helped me instantly
