  Watch for hairs in your food! We usually really love this location, the smashburgers and drinks are what we usually get and they're consistently very good. The star taken away is because the last two times we've ordered chili cheese fries, we found a VERY long blonde hair in them. I'm not one who is usually super grossed out by that sort of stuff, but twice in a row finding the same type of hair seems like a real issue. Someone in the kitchen desperately needs a hair net

  Honest review: The food wasn’t worth the price. The hot dogs were disappointing compared to what I expected, and the cola and chocolate sauce had an unpleasant taste. When I brought it up, management dismissed my concerns instead of taking them seriously. Overall, I found the restaurant overpriced, inconsistent, and lacking in customer service. As for the business itself, the atmosphere felt unprofessional. Employees were frequently on their phones, service was inconsistent, and it didn’t seem like staff were being managed effectively. Based on what I observed, there appeared to be a lot of workplace drama and very little accountability. The employees who seemed to care and work hard didn’t appear to receive the support they deserved. Unfortunately, it gave the impression of poor leadership and a workplace culture that prioritizes drama over professionalism. I won’t be returning.

  It’s gone way down hill, waited in drive thru for 10 minutes without a single response on the intercom, the whole drive thru menu is held together with (tape?). One would think you would invest in your business instead of having it look like it is falling apart.
