  Never got my food. Ordered ahead through the app. Waited 30 minutes. No one ever showed. I was told I’d just have to wait. Unacceptable. I left and you kept my money of course. Will never be back.

  waited 20 minutes for cold fries, luke warm burger and watery cherry limeade with almost no ice. Paid 14$. Just don't go here

  The food quality is always up to expectation. This is the best sonic in town and lastly Tanner was an amazing hire. His customer service is incredible. Will be ordering here a lot.

  Honestly anytime you order the food to be delivered they treat it like garbage. Then when you go in the food isn’t fresh. Sonic has gone downhill wayy to fast. Used to love family dinner nights here. Ordered a diet cherry coke. And idk what this is. It’s very foamy at the tope. My boyfriend is very diabetic. I tasted it and it wasn’t diet at all. Something like that could put him back in the ICU. It’s sad that people just don’t care at all.

  What a horrible experience tonight 9/3/26... went thru drive thru to get a bag of ice.... came around the corner to 3 cars ahead of me... by the time the forst car pulled out I could see my bag of ice on the counter melting... waited for the next 2 cars to be given their orders and asked the price thru worker for a new bag of ice because it had been on the counter melting for at least 5 minutes... she closed the window and then came back and asked what was wrong with the bag... I told her that it had been sitting on the counter since the 3 previous cars had waited for their orders and had melted... I just wanted a new bag of ice that wasnt melted... she left again and this time another worker came to the window and asked rudely what was wrong with the bag of ice? I again told him that I had seen it sitting on the counter since I came around the corner and was requesting a new bag if ice that wasn't melted. He said there was nothing wrong with the bag of ice and that he didnt understand how we could even see that it was on the counter... we explained that we saw it thru the door and he said that he didnt see a problem with it and it wasnt even paid for so I could take that bag or leave... I asked if he was the manager and he said yep... his name is Luis and he was total unprofessional and rude... putting it back on me that it would just melt more on the way home so I could juat accept it or not. Even said go ahead and make a negative post it dont matter.... not a professional manager at all. I wont be going back to this Sonic...
