  I intended to place an order with the clerk, but I was not acknowledged despite there being no other customers in line. I suspect this lack of engagement may be due to my ethnicity, as the three individuals behind the counter did not offer a greeting or acknowledge my presence. While a simple greeting is not always mandatory, it is concerning to enter an establishment and not be offered assistance, particularly when there was a clear lack of courtesy in taking my order. I should have taken a pic.

  My goodness, the cashier was helping this lady in front of us, ordering 50 bagels, starting slicing them. Didn’t even call someone else up, or didn’t even tell us this is going to be a while.

  I joined the Sip Club several months ago, as I work really close to this Panera. For the last 4 months, I have probably gone into this Panera 3x a day on average. A little disappointed that they got rid of the Blueberry Lavender lemonade, though. Anyway, I usually go into the store, log-in on their kiosk to order (typically coffee), and get my drink. I do bring in my own coffee mug. TODAY, I go in and order my coffee. As I am walking out the door, I am stopped by an older lady (her name is California) and told that she did not see my order come through up on the order board. She asks to see my app on my phone. I don't have my phone on me so, I bring up my account on their kiosk. I show her the order. My name, the order number, the time, and the $0 charge (for the amount of coffee that probably costs them 10 cents) She again, asks to see my app, anyway. She says they have had a lot of people coming in and getting free drinks. Not my problem! I showed her my FREE order on my Panera account. I walk over to the order board..... and guess what???!!! There is my name. The one she said she didn''t see. And not only that...how did she even know my name? Afterall, she did just accuse me of walking out without paying. BEFORE I showed her the order on their kiosk.

  This place consistently gets orders wrong and pulls a fast one frequently. Multiple times theyve subbed out the Greek salad dressing for the Asian salad dressing. This one time I asked them to get me a dressing because they forgot it and then then they give the wrong one. This is for a Togo order every time so it's disappointing when trying to get an order correct it can be so severely wrong. This time there was no lettuce just arugula in the salad
