  The only fast food place I’ve ever been to that wouldn’t give a free refill on a drink is kind of absurd to me. I think the employee was just being lazy. She says it’s a new policy, but I’ve been to several McDonald’s. I’ve gotten refills.

  Worst customer service from any fast food chain, I’ve ever been to this location. The employees care at all on multiple occasions I’ve been and it’s always the same thing I won’t be going to this location anymore.

  worst experience of them all! they normally don’t get your order right or you will have missing items that’s a normal for them! But this is the last time I’m ever spending money there! Or any other McDonalds this owner owns! I ordered 2#7 with small sprites! They never asked me for what kind of salsa or didn’t even repeat my order back,they just said pull to second window,I get to the window and the gal was talking and yapping with her coworker who appeared to be the manager! They gave me 2 burgers instead of 2#7 instead of the burritos! I said my order is wrong I asked for 2#7 they gal who took my order seemed confused then another employee comes over and I have to repeat my myself again at this point I’m already running late! They made me feel like I was wrong and didn’t know what I had ordered so I made it clear exactly what I had ordered! She was rude got an attitude,raised her voice and slammed the window closed and was told I needed to understand who took my order couldn’t speak English And was practicing! She can practice all day long I don’t mind but if you can’t take an order as simple as 2#7! Its not my fault and especially how rude they became it’s seems that’s a normal disgusting behavior they have!..just asked for my money BACK! Even that took long! Customers don’t deserve this treatment! WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM EMPLOYEES! Since nothing will be done I’m DONE with this place!

  Waited 25 minutes for a delivery order, store was horrendously understaffed with incompetent teenagers who are more inclined to text on their phones during their shifts instead of helping their customers.

  This is our usual location every week so we get to experience different shifts. Despite so many cones blocking off all the front parkings in the morning, The atmosphere is clean and comfortable inside. The food is usually quick and hot - of course it can be a bit longer during rush hours which is typical anywhere. But overall, good location.
