  Food is fine, I guess, but the service is lacking. Expect to wait several minutes waiting at the counter, and another several for anything to happen. Multiple employees even made eye contact with me and I literally just wanted a cup of water. Plus, the redesign is awful and completely removed any sense of comfort from the restaurant. At least they have a bathroom.

  Bathroom dirty & employee left the bathroom without washing hands. Approximate timestamp of 7:18pm, May 4th. Kinda wanna put signs on their lawn saying stay clean & wash your damn hands! I

  So Ive had multiple issues with my order like not getting everything ive ordered and what not ive worked for mcdonalds franchise ik how it is this isnt about that but I went in on 04-22-26 at 11:20 ish pm the guy at the window was great no issues with him he was just working but what i didnt know was it costed extra to add a little bit of mayo to my mcdoubles and have never been taxed for sauce like this previously from other places but when I was told it costed extra I asked for it to be removed I was trying to explain to the guy at the window like hey I didnt know it costed extra for mayo so we got a little confused and all but thats fine what I didnt like was the short brown haired Manager with glasses that scoffed and was disrespectful in the way she reacted when I asked to remove the mayo very unprofessional and makes me not ever want to come back because from her reaction it seemed to annoy her or something but thats no way to react when a customer wants there food to be what they want ive worked fast food like I said earlier and until tonight I felt for the fast food workers but being on the recieving end of a scoffing MANAGER when I kindly asked to remove the mayo cuz I didnt have the funds on me to buy the mayo add on im the last person to complain about anything but this was just out right disrespectful I get you work for mcdonalds but do better especially setting a good example for the crew members there but thats my little tangent and rant with it dont recommend going late at night go during the day before 6pm also bring bsck the buy one get one mcdoanlds please

  The food is greasy and tastes fake every time I go they get my order wrong ive always had to wait over 15 mins even in the drive threw they always claim their ice cream machine for milk shakes is broken the employees are rude disrespectful and just plain not customer service based or trained dirty smells bad and the kitchen always looks dirty and chaotic and the price just keep climbing its even unaffordable to eat at the lowest food chain 😑
