Well as far as best substitute sandwiches goes Jimmy John's is not the best but way above Subway which can't seem to use fresh produce regardless of time of day or week. So why am I giving them 5 stars? Well it's because of the employee's. Not all are top notch BUT this location has good people happy to help. I went in for a Lulu and forgot to ask for no condiments (mayo etc) and while I was willing to deal with my mistake, they weren't and made me a fresh new sandwich!

This was easily one of the most frustrating fast food experiences I have ever had, and I do not say that lightly. Some of the most incompetent staff I've ever come across l, anywhere.
From the moment I attempted to place an order, the entire operation felt chaotic and poorly managed. The staff came across as disinterested, unorganized, and completely unable to execute even the basic expectations of a sandwich shop that markets itself on speed and simplicity. What should have been a quick and straightforward transaction turned into an unnecessarily drawn out and irritating process.
The order itself was handled with a shocking lack of care. It was wrong in multiple ways, not a small mistake or a single oversight, but multiple parts of the sandwich were incorrect or missing entirely. It felt as though there was no real attention being paid to what was being prepared, and no verification at any stage that the order matched what was requested.
The quality of execution was equally disappointing. Ingredients were sloppily assembled, proportions were off, and the final product looked rushed and careless. There was nothing about the experience that reflected any level of pride in the work or concern for consistency.
What made it worse was the absence of any meaningful effort to correct or acknowledge the issues. The interaction felt indifferent from start to finish, as if customer satisfaction was not even part of the equation. That lack of accountability was more frustrating than the mistakes themselves.
By the end of the experience, it was clear this location does not operate at a standard that would make it reliable for repeat orders. Between the inaccurate preparation, the poor attention to detail, and the overall lack of professionalism, it is difficult to see any reason to return.
Edit: went back in to get the order fixed and they still managed to get it wrong. How hard is a turkey sandwich with no mayo, no tomatoes, add kickin ranch? I get the newly made sandwich and now it doesn't even have cheese.
40+ minutes and still left with sandwich that weren't correct. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this.

We ordered food on the Jimmy John's app and it was sent through a 3rd party app Uber eats and our food was stolen, we waited over an hour and we still didn't get our food. Thankfully the store refunded our order but our food was stolen
