- ACAmariah CampbellAug 4, 20261.0Made an online order and it was still 15 minutes past the time. It should have been ready. Everybody that works. There doesn't talk to anyone or any customers. All of the food was just sitting there. My milkshake was literally runny. And the coffee flavor tasted like dirt. The fries were very soggy more than normal and my burger patty was disintegrating before it even got inside my stomach. I will never come here again.

They had two employees and a manager that was barely in the store. When I checked in on it, they didn’t even have my ticket and blame the printer. They didn’t rush my order to make sure it got to me. I then watched my hotdog sit on the grill and burn as the employees took more and more orders while having up to 20 tickets sitting there with no food. I finally asked for a refund after being there close to an hour and even that took the manager five minutes to figure out how to do that. I left after 55 minutes with no food, and a completely wasted lunch break.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
